Self-Destruct Mode is an important feature of Keeper desktop which prevents a person from accessing your private data. 16. I synced by Keeper Mobile with Keeper Desktop and now all my data is scrambled, can i get it back?
The reason for the occurrence is
due to an incompatible encryption algorithm from an early release of the Mobile
application.
Step 1. Please click
this link which opens a form in a new window of your web browser.
Step 2. Follow the steps on this new page and it should properly restore the
original data which was on your iPhone prior to performing a sync.
Step 3. Now that your iPhone data has been restored, please follow these steps:
3a. On your iPhone, go to the Options tab and turn encryption OFF.
Then, turn encryption ON. This will re-encrypt all of your data using
the most up-to-date algorithm.
3b. On your desktop app, delete all the records (in the Import/Export screen)
3c. Now just perform a sync as usual, by using the "Mobile Sync" tab
of Desktop App and the Mobile Sync screen on your iPhone.
This time when you sync, it should work perfectly. Please let us know if you encounter
any issues during this process.
