2PLEX is a software upgrade for your Callpod Dragon headset. It lets you connect your Dragon to another Bluetooth® headset (any brand) and create a private and secure mobile conference. 2PLEX also gives you the ability to create a hands-free walkie-talkie connection to another 3rd party Bluetooth® headset. Once the second headset is connected to your Dragon, when you place a phone call both participants can speak in full duplex to the party on the other end. 2PLEX is a proprietary and unique mobile software application that was pioneered by Callpod.

2PLEX Download
2PLEX is downloaded to your Callpod Dragon headset via the Callpod Updater application for Windows XP/Vista. You can download the Callpod Updater at any time. A license key is required to install 2PLEX, which you will get via email when you purchase 2PLEX. If you are a Mac users and do not have access to a PC for installing 2PLEX, please contact us to coordinate the upgrade by one of our customer service representatives utilizing the US Postal Service or UPS ground delivery.

Download the Installer onto your PC (supports Windows 2000/XP/Vista) and extract the zip archive then run setup.exe. After installation you need to connect your Dragon® headset to the USB port of your computer using the cable which came in your package, or any mini-USB to USB cable. Press the power button quickly 10 times place your headset in upgrade mode. You should see the LEDs both turn on together and then turn off. Now, run the Callpod Updater application which will detect your headset and check for any available updates. If you encounter problems running the upgrade, please follow this troubleshooting guide.
